Who this is between
These terms are between you and Neon Frenchie LLC, which makes Macometer. By buying or using the app, you agree to them. Polar is the merchant of record for purchases, and its checkout terms apply to the sale itself.
Your license
A license is for one person, on up to 3 Macs that you own or control. It's a one-time purchase, and it doesn't expire. Updates through version 1 are included. A later major version may be a paid upgrade, and your version keeps working if you don't take it.
Please don't resell the app, share your key publicly, or remove its license checks. You may not reverse engineer it, except where the law says you may.
What Macometer does
Macometer reads activity on your Mac and shows it to you. It's an instrument and it can be wrong. Some readings are estimates and are labelled so, some come from private system interfaces that can change with any macOS update, and some aren't available on every Mac.
It can quit apps and stop processes, always after asking you, unless you've turned on stopping idle servers without asking. Quitting or stopping something can lose unsaved work. Those decisions are yours, including any you make because of something Macometer or a connected AI assistant told you.
Refunds
You can get a refund within 30 days. See the refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.
No warranty
To the extent the law allows, Macometer is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, including that it's fit for a particular purpose or free of errors.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, Neon Frenchie LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost data, lost work or lost profit, and its total liability to you is limited to what you paid for the app.
Ending
If you break these terms, your license can end. You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change. The terms you bought under keep applying to your license, unless you agree to new ones.
